    This promotion is open to all non-Muslim residents in Malaysia aged 21 years and above. All entries are subject to terms and conditions. Please refer to guinnessharvestfestival.com. 

  • Can I participate if I live in Peninsular Malaysia?

    All promotions must be purchased from participating outlets in East Malaysia only.

  • When is the promotional period?

    Guinness Harvest Festival 2024 promotional period will run from 15th April 2024 to 31st May 2024.

    The contest period differs according to the promotional channel. Please refer to guinnessharvestfestival.com for more information.

  • How can I participate in this promotion?

    Pubs & Bars:

    1. Purchase RM95 and above on participating brands in a single receipt.

    2. Scan QR code to submit the receipt via Online Redemption Form.

    3. Stand to win prizes like a KTV system, Guinness Hoodie, and Bluetooth Speaker with Mic.

    1. Purchase 6 big bottles of participating brands in a single receipt.

  • How do I submit my receipt?

    1. Scan the QR code as printed on the in-store point of sale materials or visit Guinnessharvestfestival.com/receipt-submission/submit-now/

    2. Fill up the form and upload your receipt. Please ensure that all details submitted are accurate.

    3. Upload your receipt. Please ensure that proof of purchase is clear and legible for verification purposes.

    4. Successful entries will be notified through Whatsapp or email.

  • Can I combine two receipts to participate in the promotion?

    No, entries can only be made on a single receipt to be valid for the promotion.

  • Is there a limit to the number of entries that can be submitted throughout the campaign period?

    Each participant (per phone number) is limited to 3 entries throughout the campaign period.

  • How to check my entry status?

    Participants can check their entry status here at guinnessharvestfestival.com/receipt-submission/entry-tracker/ via the mobile number submitted.

  • How will I know if I have been selected as a winner?

    Winners will be notified via Whatsapp or email. Participants can also check the winners list on guinnessharvestfestival.com

  • Can I transfer my prize to someone else?

    No, you cannot transfer your prize to someone else. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

  • Are there any taxes or additional fees associated with the prize?

    No, the prize will not be subject to tax and there are no additional fees placed upon winners. The winner will receive the prize as described in the terms and conditions, without any additional charges or deductions.
